Unfortunately, it’s not likely. All of our items are obtained in an opportunity basis; this means that we do not have control over how many pairs of certain model we are going to be able to obtain. If the item is listed in our store, we have it on the warehouse! Otherwise, we won’t be able to fulfill your request! Same goes for the sizes, if we have the size you were looking for in the drop down, we will have it ready to be shipped out. If we don’t, the chances of getting that size again are really slim. We are sorry!
We look all over the world for our items, so it depends on each model! Please don’t be afraid to ask, we will be more than happy to let you know the origin of a product! Please send us an email here and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
To be honest, we are not sure if they run true to size or not. Now days, the term "true to size" is almost obsolete because each brand has their own sizing standards. We wish we could have been a bigger help! The best option is to try a pair of this brand on in a shoe store to find your size before buying online.
Payment and Ordering an Item
It’s quite simple, actually! Just select the product you’d like, and once you are satisfied with everything in your shopping cart, hit that Checkout button!
You need to verify your shipping, billing and credit card information one more time, and then you will be provided an order number.
Google Checkout and Paypal users can use their existing account!
The item will be shipped out within 1 business day and a notification with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Easy! Do you have American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover? Perfect! Remember, to use any of these cards you must be in the United States, and the card issuer should be there too! You can also use your PayPal or Google Checkout account, if that’s what you’d like!
If you are outside the United States, please affiliate your PayPal account to your bank or credit card, and we will take your payment without any problem! Unfortunately, PayPal and Google Checkout are the only payment methods accepted for international orders. We are working on it; we promise!
According to the California law, we are required to collect sales tax for all orders being shipped to California. If the sales tax is not an acceptable option for you, please let us know and we can cancel the sale. Other than this, we do NOT charge any additional fees or taxes for your item!
We understand that shopping online is quite difficult. However, there are centers specialized in website security, and we are a verified seller in the best of them! We are an accredited business by the BBB. We also had our site scanned and monitored by VeriSign along with a secure SSL certificate by Digicert.
Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy for orders in the United States
Yes, indeed we do! Please note that we send them with USPS and usually it takes in 2 up to 10 business days to deliver.
You should receive your order within 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. We sent the item with the Fedex Ground service, and it’s quite quick! If you are located in California, where our warehouse is, you should be getting the shoes in no time! Of course, you can always expedite your shipping:
Next day shipping with Fedex: $30.00
2 Days shipping: $19.99
Note that we are not able to use Expedited shipping options to P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
If your billing and shipping address differ, we may verify the legitimacy of the order before shipping your order out. If the legitimacy of your order was not verified, it may delay the processing of your order.
Worry not, a notification with your tracking number and shipping details will be sent out to your email address as soon as we ship the shoes to you!
Not by default, if you are interested in this procedure, please purchase your item normally and within an hour send us a message here with your special request. There’s no additional fee charged.

It works like this: we send you a new prepaid label to ship the item back to us at no cost to you. Once we receive the shoes we will check out the damage, and verify the item. Of course we will send a replacement right away. We want to thank you in advance for your time and patience! If you’d like to return the item, but want a refund instead, we will reimburse your payment as soon as the item has been received.
Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy for International Orders
It depends on your location. Usually, it takes within 2- 15 business days. However, to Canada and Mexico it takes within 2 - 10 business days. We ship through either DHL or USPS, and once again, it depends on the location of the shipping address.
If your country has a strict customs, customs may delay the delivery time of your package.
